Gmail Gets Automatic Language Translation

Gmail Gets Automatic Language Translation

Google has made it easier for you  to be able to communicate better with people who don’t speak the same language, Google has rolled out automatic language translation feature on Gmail.

Now, Gmail will translate the message in other languages other than your own. Users will need to click on Translate button in the header to see the translated version of the message. Google has also made it possible to reply to e-mails in the sender's native language.

Apart from this, other small feature additions are Title Tweaks and Smart Mute. With Title Tweaks, Google has changed the text in the browser tab so that you can more easily see if you have new messages. The tab now reads as “Inbox (20) – user@example.com – Gmail” instead of “Gmail – Inbox (20) – user@example.com.” Smart Mute will ensure that you don’t get disturbed by noisy email threads which are not relevant for you. Muted conversations will only pop back into your inbox if a new message in the conversation is addressed to you and no one else.
